The recipient of the 2018 Gordon Hammes Lectureship is Vern L. Schramm, Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the recipient of the Gordon Hammes Scholar Award is Timothy Bumpus, Cornell University.  Read more at the award recipients page.

The Fall ACS Meeting in Boston will be held August 19-23, 2018. Deadline for Abstract Submission is Thursday, March 22nd at 11:59 PM EDT.
We will not be able to accept late submissions. If you are submitting a poster, we recommend that you check the box for the SciMix.

Applications are invited for the position of Head of the Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics at Texas A&M University. An ideal candidate should have an internationally recognized research program, a demonstrated commitment to undergraduate and graduate education, significant administrative experience and visionary leadership. The position requires a Ph.D. in the biological sciences or a related field, with a record of distinction in research, teaching, and service.
